Beginning in2001, the basic education curriculum reform has been implemented for eleven years, teachers of this new requirement, new ideas accepted, the teachers really practice the new curriculum culture, existing research indicates that the current primary school teachers on the new curriculum and cultural adaptation is not optimistic, the impedance of the new curriculum in advancing the process by many teachers, many teachers are difficult to grasp this new concept and requirements. Pre-school education as an important part of the basic education, from2001, promulgated and implemented the "Guidelines for Kindergarten Education (Trial)", outline issued so far, kindergarten teachers and primary and secondary school teachers facing the same problem is worth to study to explore on pre-school education in the field of research in this area, however, did not, the new curriculum kindergarten teachers acculturation research needs to be rich.I used qualitative research methods combined with the amount of phase-course cultural connotation of the kindergarten curriculum cultural theory to sort out, rich cultural theory of the kindergarten curriculum. Kindergarten teachers for the new curriculum culture to adapt to the current situation to the questionnaires, interviews and observation studies to explore the kindergarten teachers to adapt to the new curriculum and cultural status quo, identify the impact of the new curriculum kindergarten teachers acculturation factors which, at the same time will also a series of problems encountered by the teachers in the process of adaptation to interpret some targeted advice and strategies on these issues.This thesis consists of four parts:Part I:Introduction.Including the issues raised at home and abroad Research, research, research methods, concepts definitions and research significance.Part II:The kindergarten curriculum cultural theory elaborated, mainly from four aspects:the new kindergarten curriculum goals early childhood development-oriented culture; scenario, activities, process and experience of the new kindergarten curriculum content culture; life and scientific kindergarten implementation of the new curriculum culture; culture of diversity and individuality of the new kindergarten curriculum evaluation.Part III:The investigation and analysis of the current kindergarten teachers new curriculum acculturation. Through the preparation of a questionnaire survey of kindergarten teachers, kindergarten teacher interviews. Data and materials derived from the analysis and sorting, the kindergarten teachers for the new curriculum culture to adapt to the current situation and the existence of which, kindergarten teachers in the the kindergarten teaching practice activities really do the new curriculum requirements philosophy. Kindergarten teachers understand the impact of acculturation factors, the culture of kindergarten teachers to adapt to the problems and the impact of the teachers curriculum acculturation factors and analyzed.Part IV:The conclusions and recommendations. Through questionnaires, interviews analysis of the current status of kindergarten teachers in the new curriculum acculturation to analyze and deal with the problems put forward opinions and suggestions.
