| Scientific development view adheres to the human-oriented concept of overall, harmonious and sustainable development. To thoroughly apply the scientific outlook on development has great guidance in the process of college students'worldview education. The research will offer the positive meaning both for guide students to establish a scientific outlook on life and develop energetically college students'worldview education.Be guided by the basic tenets of Marxism, this paper mainly uses the following research methods:single research is integrated with multi-subject research, comparative study, literature data collection and analytical inductive method. According the result of research, the paper studies and identifies internal relationship between scientific outlook on development and the college students'worldview education by analyzing the characteristics and existing problems. In order to solve the problem, the author made new suggestions to enhance the college students'worldview education, using the education methods with man-oriented education. Not only through implementing an all-round and concerted development education to establish a scientific outlook on life and provide a strung guarantee for colleges'worldview education, but also through a combination of theory and practice, establishing an appraisal feedback mechanism for college students.
