A Research On The Evaluation And Practice Of Junior High School Students' Experiencing Success

Evaluation on students is a basic area as well as a main component of constituting the evaluation on education. Its reform is also a main component of constituting the Reform of the Curriculum of National Elementary Education. Evaluating and promoting every student's development is the purpose and destination of the reform of evaluation on students. This thesis mainly donate to studying the theoretical foundation and problems through junior high school students'experiencing success.This thesis is going to talk about the meaning, the aim, the main idea and standard, the method and also the significance of"experiencing success", based on the development of music and human being, and some basic theories, such as, success education, humanism, intellect of success and achievement motivation.And it is going to look for an evaluation system that can be useful to music teacher, and can help them to relax from trivial details. At the same time, this system goes with the idea of evaluation of New Curriculum Standards.The students'evaluation system of the program "experiencing success" not only can enhance the maturity of students' emotion, attitude and values, increase the quotient of intelligence and skills, encourage the students to optimize the process and the methods. It can also let students experience the happiness of success while studying, so that they are able to build up confidence and motivate the capabilities of the students in all levels.This thesis has promoted the"collection of fortune"in evaluation tool --"the working history of music millionaires", which can bring the great feeling of being a successor to every students. The"fortune list"published every week can stimulate the students to start their own business. Students are excited about the"fortune collecting"and they will be very happy if they get high marks, just like they get many points in the computer games"Experiencing Success"can direct the development of music in practice , it can also help to make the Quality Education Evaluation in primary and middle school develop effetely. The evaluation means and tools promoted by it can surely serve more and more pedagogues. The evaluation ideas will influent every side of Quality Education.We've been promoting the evaluation of students experiencing success for 5 years and it has been developing well. Our students and their parents as well as our teachers show agreements on it and it has been recommended and used by our brotherhood schools and its theory will surely blossom in the near future.
