This is why Three-character-classics has stood the test of time, being long-used and widely-spread for hundreds of years and to thousands of miles.After researching the related literature of the uses of Three-character-classics in contemporary elementary education about traditional Chinese culture, and pondering about the author's practice of using Three-character-classics for the junior pupils, the elementary students and the pre-schoolers, the following judgments may be made:First, Three-character-classics still might serve as the teaching material for the child to be literate, meanwhile be in value of developing children's ideology, morality, study method and study manner.Second, the language formative education has the influential role in establishing the mother tongue sentiment and developing the language. In order to enlighten children's mind through Chinese education, the methods and the content must conform to Chinese language's own characteristics, conform to the children's cognitive characteristics to the Chinese language. Both of the characteristics focuses on the identical question, that is CHINESE CHARACTER. It can be said that the teaching of Chinese character is the crucial question in Chinese language elementary education.
