Probe Into The Ideological And Political Education Of University Student Community

With the rapid development and deep reform of the universities in recent years, especially with the reform in logistics and the credit system, the education management is changing gradually from traditional model which is based on faculty and class to the model of student community which is based on living area. Student community is becoming the important positions of ideological and political education outside of the classroom of the students.Therefore, the ideological and political work of university students into the student community is the inevitable requirements and strategic choice of ideological and political work under the new situation. Although the researchers noted the importance of ideological and political education in the community of college students and proposed countermeasures, the studies are basically at the level of theory with the lack of empirical research support, and the researches are not systematic.The author did a considerable amount of investigation and analysis with some methods such as questionnaires, individual visits, data analysis. Based on the absorption of research of others, This paper combined with theoretical and empirical research and gave a deep study of a number of issues of ideological and political education in the student community in order to guide the practice of student community work and further enrich and develop ideological and political education.To begin with, this paper analyzed the basic elements of the community of college students, the formation conditions of community college students, the characteristics of the community of college students and the basic content of the ideological and political education, and then discussed characteristics of the ideological and political education community and the significance of strengthening ideological and political education of the community of college students. Furthmore, the paper discussed problems in the practice of ideological and political education work in the community of college students.At last, based on case studies of the ideological and political education work of the student community in Hunan province, this article discusses specific ways of strengthening of ideological and political education in student community. Through these channels, we can effectively enhance our ideological and political education of university student, improve and enhance our ideological and political education of university student level, and promote college students comprehensive and healthy development.
