Research About The Formations And Solutions Of Local Colleges And Universities Debt

Colleges and universities debt problem not only to be a hot topic concerned by the society, but also confused the government and university leadership. Local government and universities are rush to resolved the problem of local colleges and universities debt, but it proved that they lack of capability to solve it. Colleges and universities debt not only led to a huge debt burden, the impact of the university's ability to finance sustainable development, has also increased and formed of a large number of high-quality state-owned assets, to ease the employment pressure on society and the government's financial burden. The size and situation of colleges and universities debt problem has been made clear basically, and currently, we are focusing on the formation causes and decomposition of the responsibility of it.Based on the above situation, this paper, takes a local university for instance, parsed the process of production, formation and development of the case university's debt, analyzed its causes and elaborated the negative and positive effects arise from issue debt. Finally, through the calculation system, we measured the case university's ability to repay debt, and proposed the subject of legal responsibility, opportunity choosing, solution methods and suggestion measures for resolving the colleges and universities debt problem.
