With the gallop development and rapid popularization of Internet,which has also brought great impact on teacher training.Due to the restrictions of time and space,poor timeliness,uneven access to education resources,etc,the traditional teacher training make the teacher professional development get stuck.While,the teacher network community break all the above restrictions and has become a constant pattern to promote teacher professional development.The teacher network community aims to resolve the issues from practical teaching through online interaction with experts,companions,mentors and so on.Therefore,the core of teacher network community is online interaction,the quality of which is directly linked to the result of teacher network training.However,I found the effect of online interaction among teachers is poor when I attend some projects about teacher network community.And then I want to find some research to explore some reasons,with the result that these related papers are less than ten and the pertinence is not strong.Therefore,we have to conduct deep research about teacher online training,to discover the main factors and then put forward promotion suggestions,promoting teachers' online training and improving the effect of web-based teacher training.First,the paper systematically combs domestic and foreign literatures about webbased teacher training and online interaction,and exacts all possible factors,which may affect teacher online interaction.And then on the basis of these factors,the author makes the questionnaire of experts.Through the Delphi method to determine research variables.Second,on the basis of UTAUT model,the writer builds the factor model of teacher online interaction in network community and proposes relevant hypothesis.The study focused on the training teachers,who come from Lixian County of Longnan City in Gansu Province or Poyang County of Shangrao City in Jiangxi Province,who have attended these projects “National Training Programme 2015” and “National Training Programme 2016”,conducted by Northwest Normal University,which aim to enhance teacher's ability of applying information technology both in elementary and secondary school.Through questionnaire investigation online and take SPSS 20.0 as analysis tool to verify these factors.Through research,we have got the factors affecting teacher's online interaction,and through the construction of factor model and data analysis,these factors have been verified.The conclusions are drawn as follows:(1)performance expectations has significantly positive influence on teachers' online interactive intention;(2)platform support has significantly positive influence on teachers' online interactive intention;(3)online courses has significantly positive influence on teachers' online interactive intention;(4)service backup has significantly positive influence on teachers' online interactive intention;(5)facilitating conditions has significantly positive influence on teachers' online interactive behavior;(6)teachers' online interactive intention has significantly positive influence on teachers' online interactive behavior;(7)service backup has significantly positive influence on teachers' online interactive behavior,and will be adjusted by experience.Finally,based on research conclusions,the paper put forward some specific suggestions to promote teachers' online interaction and come up with some limits of this study,and hope other scholars will make further study about this area.
