The development of urbanization promotes rural areas especially the suburban village change from traditional areas to the modern rural areas. During the transition period the suburban village has undergone tremendous changes, not only the village the village has been rendered appearance of new prosperity, but also the development of pre-school education experienced ups and downs and still move forward. Now the integration of urban and rural educational development trend is on the way, the balance of urban and rural educational resources, narrowing the urban-rural gap in education is imperative to promote education equity.In this research, survey, interview, and observation are used to investigate the transition of S Village's preschool education in the north of He Nan province. On one hand, with a view to discover the pre-school education's characteristic. On the other hand, put a view on the new problems what suburban village's pre-school education development has encountered in the new period during the trend of integration of urban and rural education. This research consists four sections:In the first section:Study describes the meaning of consider the transition of the suburban village, as well as selecting the object of study and research methods.In the second section:We can get an overview of the history of changes in S village pre-school education's track through investigation and study. The transition in the S village pre-school education is divided into four periods:Yu-Hong class period; pre-school period; "window period" of the village pre-school education; growing period of the regular kindergarten. In this part of the pre-school education for every period of the development are described in detail.In the third section:Analysis and discussion the transitions in the process of pre-school education in the suburban village for three decades.pre-school education managers from layman to expert; the upgrade of the material conditions is the most obvious change; faculty composition changes and changes in teaching activities.In the forth section:Looking back on the three decades of suburban village's development process and give some proposals on the current problems. The followings are inspirations includes five aspects:the management of change brought about changes; the problems of the flows mechanism of kindergarten teachers in rural areas and the professional growth of kindergarten teachers in rural areas are short of protection; the problems of rural curriculum resources; the absence roles of parental in child education; and finally, giving concerns on the survival of the suburban village's kindergarten.
