| The study which points to the further education of village preschool teachers is much short。Hunan is a major agricultural province, The preschool teachers are the difficulties and focus to develop the preschool education in village。For a long time, the lack of the rigid entering mechanism lead to the low degree of the academic qualifications and specialization in preschool teachers in village。So, it will have great theoretical and practical significance to focus on further education for village preschool teachers in Hunan province。I take the county of Changsha,Shaoyang and Guzhang as examples for this research paper to present the status of further education for village preschool teachers in Hunan。The main methods in this study are documentation, questionnaire, interview。The main contents included in the study are as follows: principal condition of preschool teachers investigated; their occupation expectation; the exterior further education; the further education which carries in the school or the kindergarten and which is delivered by the experts in preschool education area and model kindergarten; the self education; the teachers' demands to the further education。On the ground, we conclude the existing problems and analyze the causes of further education for the preschool teachers in Hunan village。Then, we put forward some suggestion according to the results to improve the further education for village preschool teachers in Hunan。In the research, some problems are found as follows: the rate of the exterior further education is low degree; sending education to village and self education are all short; teaching research is less; the further education have not good effects on the village preschool teachers; the further education is diverged from the village preschool teachers; the village preschool teachers have not good channels to the further educationoFocus on this condition, I think it is important to strengthen the governing functions of education authorities, increase the investment to the further education of village preschool teachers; the teacher training institutions should enhance service consciousness; the early child institutions in village ought to construct learning campus culture ; the teachers must carry out an initiative self education, promote oneself unceasingly。... |
