Point outs the social environment is the soil and headspring for culture and custom producing. It fundamentally impacts and interacts their Inheritance and variation. Some outmoded conventions and customs which have negative functions will necessarily vanish, we should be firmly abandoned. But some traditional folk-custom which have positive functions should be kept up and inherited.
