Research Of The Construction Of System In The Perspective Of Harmonious Campus

A harmonious campus is an important part of the harmonious society and it has the significant role for constructing harmonious campus to promote the construction of the socialist harmonious society .In view of the construction of system for a harmonious campus, this paper, based on the interpretation of its core concepts, points out that the construction of system is the important guarantee for constructing a harmonious campus ,as well as the gravity of building the harmonious campus system engineering .It systematically clarifies the major issues existing in the construction of campus system, such as institutional construction subject vacancy, system supporting institution supply of incomplete, procedural system, lack of authority, lack of scientific evaluation system, and so on. According to these, this paper analyses its causes including biased ideas ,administrative power generalization, lack of participation for staff and students, and inadequate guidance from law departments,etc.Furthermore, it puts forward the basic countermeasures such as the strengthening ideas of People-oriented and democracy and the rule of law, clearing the subject of system construction, perfecting the systems ,regulating system constituting procedures, enhancing system implementation, and so on. In the end, the paper briefly summarizes its innovations, and makes a reasonable outlook of the further research of the problem of the harmonious campus construction.
