Study On Technique Application And Its Effects Of Men Sanda Competition In The 11th National Games

Social development and the technical progress have brought unprecedented vitality to the growth of Sanda, a branch of Chinese Wushu. Sanda, which is flourishing in the worldwide, has attracted made more and more countries and regions to join the competition of this project. Furthermore, as sportsmen's technical level gets higher and higher, the procedure of the competition is more and more anxious and intense. Because of its late start, the technique in Sanda has not formed a complete system and its own style. Along with the rising of similar projects in Russia, Iran, and Turkey, etc, the pattern of world's Sanda has changed. Chinese athletes have also met the unprecedented difficult problems, especially the heavy rank athletes who are in an inferior condition. In the terms of strength and physical condition there is an obvious gap between overseas athletes and ours, so it is urgent for us to study the technique of Sanda so as to search ways to win. Although there are a great number of papers aimed at studying technical application of Sanda at present, limitations are obvious in these studies. For example, many of the studies focus on a certain technique level; the coverage of the studies is narrow; and they lack integrity, deeper level exploration and discovery.Taking the technical application of the athletes of highest standard sports event (men Sanda of the 11th national games) as studying object, using the methods of literature material, expert investigation, video recording observation, mathematical statistic, etc. the study analyzed comprehensively the situation of athletes'technique application and put forth some countermeasures and suggestions.The consequence of study shows that fist position and leg drive are the most use in Sanda competition. Cross and hook are the main skill actions of score goals. The less rear fall technique sportsman use, the more chance he will win. In technical application of various ranks athletes, the medium rank athletes'fist positions are most projecting, while the light rank athletes'rear fall technique scores most. Fist position focuses mainly on head, and leg drive strikes the widest parts: head, trunk and thigh, among which, trunk hits scores most and thigh hits second. On the coordinate application of fist position, leg drive and rear fall technique, medium and light rank of athletes'score higher than heavy rank athletes. Of the patterns of scoring, single strike has become the main way of getting scores, and what's more, integrated skills are still needed improving. As for the score value, 2 scores are higher than I. The I score actions are used most, including the head hit by fist position or thigh hit by round kick. Whereas the 2 scores mainly apply in head, trunk hit and quick throw, and get off the stage, etc. Scoring is the mainly way of getting a score, and succeeding in getting off stage and serious strike are also the ways of scoring and success. Moreover, in the skill applications of attack and counterattack, the medium and light rank of athletes are relatively balance, while the heavy rank athletes are inferior in this. They use the single attack with occasional constant strike and counterattack, while the rate of success is not very high.
