Analysis On The Characteristics Of Technical Movements Of Chinese Elite Female Sanda Athletes

Research Objectives:The purpose of this study is to analyze the main scoring technical characteristics of the top eight athletes in the 2018 Wushu Women's Sanda Championship,Championship,52 kg,60kg and 70 kg.Aimed at providing scientific training means for Shanghai women's Sanda athletes and overcoming their enemies in Sanda competition,we strive for the absolute leading position of the best competitive level in Sanda competition,which is the origin of Wushu Sanda.Research Objects and Methods:This study takes the technical application characteristics of national women's Excellent Sanda athletes as the research object.The competition video of the top eight athletes in the 2018 National Women's Sanda Championships,championship competitions of 52 kg,60kg and 70kg(21 games in total,57 games,of which 6 games ended in two games,and the remaining 15 games all played in three games.The competition was a single elimination system,with the third,fifth and seventh ranked side by side)was analyzed to obtain data.Research Results:1.Analysis on the technical application of Chinese Elite Women's Sanda AthletesThe National Games women Sanda games,boxing kicking wrestling athletes is still the attack and defense technique and means of scoring.The attack of Sanda is composed of three kinds of techniques,kicking,playing and throwing.It has the characteristics of "far kick,close play,and fall to body".2.Analysis of the technical application effect of Chinese Elite Women's Sanda AthletesJudging from the score of athletes' fist,leg and throw,the gap between the three is gradually narrowing.The way of scoring is from single action to the coordinated application of boxing,leg and wrestling,and the diversification of scoring ways.This also shows that Sanda technology in China is improving and maturing gradually.3.Analysis on the scoring and winning methods of Chinese Elite Women's Sanda AthletesOn the basis of single action,athletes improve the actual level of combined action,and athletes' understanding of rules is constantly improving,and the control of the runaway technology needs to be improved.Research Conclusions:1.The use of techniques,there is a gap between the different levels of high level athletes in the boxing times obviously,athletes leg scores,small level athletes comprehensive ability is good,in boxing,leg and wrestling three technical coordination use,medium and small level athletes in high level athletes.2.The score is now focused on the use of excellent women Sanda athletes,athletes in the game score gap on the head,trunk and thighs and other parts of the score gradually reduced,with the average score of bureau level increased from small to large.3.In this competition,click score becomes the main scoring action.The number of combined actions used two times or more is too few.The scoring method is mainly completed by single technical action.With the gradual improvement of technology level,the strength gap between athletes on both sides is gradually narrowing.When boxing is difficult to score,getting off or scoring is a highlight of this competition.
