Research On The Technical Application Of Male And Female Athletes In The Sanda Team Competition Of The 14th National Games

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the comprehensive strength of competitive sports in China and the vigorous development of Wushu Sanda sports,the gap between the competitive level of male and female Sanda athletes is gradually narrowing.Articles using literature research,video observation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis of research methods,for the 14 th national games sanda team quarter finals,semi-finals and final men and women athletes fist legs and so on the average number of technology,use rate,success rate and score of statistical analysis,trying to summarize the use of men and women sanda athletes technology and various levels of athletes technology characteristics,for the future sanda athletes training to provide certain theoretical basis and practical reference.The results of the study are:1.The technical application of male and female Sanda athletes is unbalanced.Male athletes use whip,punch and punch,and female athletes use whip,side kick and punch;which are used in single digits or even not.2.Both male and female athletes at all levels take the whip as the first attack technique,among which the men’s athletes at all levels take whipped boxing and punch boxing as the secondary attack techniques.Forward and side kick,whipped and side kick,punch and side kick are the secondary offensive techniques.3.As for the use of wrestling,only the success rate of women is higher than that of men.Male and female athletes at all levels have less use of stepping down technology,and the success rate is also low,only women’s middle level athletes have a higher success rate of 60%.4.The use of boxing and leg technique in male athletes was highly significantly associated with total performance(P <0.01),while the use of only leg technique in female athletes was highly significantly associated with total performance(P <0.01).But the success rate of women’s techniques and the trend between them are closer to men’s athletes.5.The application of combination technology of male and female athletes at all levels is mainly based on secondary combination technology and tertiary combination technology.Among them,the application times of secondary combination technology of female minor level athletes,female major level athletes <male major level athletes,the proportion of male and female middle level athletes combination technology is relatively similar.6.The scoring system of male and female Sanda players scored 1 point,and only female athletes scored more than 2 points than 1 point,indicating that the trunk and head of female athletes scored more.7.The application of men’s 90 + kg,women’s 52 kg and 60 kg champion athletes is more comprehensive,with high success rate and the success rate of each technology is relatively stable,while men’s other level athletes and women’s 70 kg athletes have a certain dominant technology as the mains means of attack.
