Chinese women's football has made brilliant achievements for the country, known as the "Steel Roses" is the people here feel the spirit of tenacious struggle of the campaign on behalf of the quality and beauty. But the 21st century, the Chinese team began to decline, China's women's football movement has encountered a multiple resistance. Football players on the age structure is analyzed to compare the world's high-level female soccer players in the retirement age, the age structure of China's female football players is not reasonable enough, most athletes retire early, this is a great Chinese Women waste of human resources, also contributed to China's Women Performance is one important reason for the decline.Women athletes re-employment problem is related to the sustainable development of China's women's football movement problems. From our current employment situation of the community, the community Qualities increasingly demanding. Female football players football skills alone is difficult to rapid development in all aspects of the community of nations. This caused the premature retirement of female football players in China, namely female football players study the problem of re-employment, women's football players from the perspective of re-employment intentions survey analysis, so as to improve re-employment of female football players in China make reasonable suggestions.This article utilizes the method of literature, investigation, data statistics and so on, after studying the work status of the women football player, thus analyzes the interior, the external factor which affects the player gets employed, and after analyzing each possibility employment way of the player who are going to retire, draws the following conclusion:1 Women's soccer in China women's football players are an important part of human resources. The study found that China's female football players Human Resources in a small number of athletes, the overall poor quality, age structure is not rational, female football players re-employment situation is not ideal.2 The research shows that 62% of the women's football player of choice of occupation women's soccer is motivated by love of sport, but because of the family, pay, fame, etc. Motivation of choice of occupation women football players in less than 10% were female football players.3 Football Players on the re-employment intentions and flow ratio of research has shown that 34.91 percent of female football players want to engage retired football related work, the main flow system for the football coaches and sports administrative staff positions, while 65.09% of the intention of re-employment of female football players went to non-football industry jobs.4 Intention of re-employment of female football players is based on career aspirations and comprehensive capabilities, combined with the current employment situation, in a variety of occupations to choose their own occupation ideas. Combination of interest and work, work stability, narrow the scope of careers, career positions is less demanding re-employment of female football players in China features of job hunting.5 Pairs of re-employment of female football players in China have an impact include the following important factors, namely, women's football player's career planning, cultural and educational work, the concept of re-employment change, women's football industry and the development of material selection and rehabilitation care.6 China's female football players to improve the intention of re-employment measures including the two aspects, namely to improve the ability of female football players in the re-employment measures and to improve the external environment for China's women's football movement response.
