The Research On The Current Situation Of The Women Football Player's Psychological Features In Lanzhou

The value of scientific player's selection is that it's the most important condition in the whole athletic sports. We should do more work on player selection and pay more attention to the cultivating and bringing up of young players, which is the most vital factor if we look forward to get excellent marks among the other strong teams. Psychological selection is a very important factor among the scientific player selection.The definition of psychological selection shows that we should insist on two points during the work of selection. The first one is the standard of psychological selection and its scientific nature. The second is we should treat it as a long process and subject. Psychological selection of women football players is a long term process. As long as the insisting of long term selection is connected with cultivating players, and we master the law of the development of women's football, the level can be improved. It is proved by the facts that the psychological features behaved in each period are different during a excellent woman football player's growing. Mastering the law of the development of their psychological features is the important task of the psychological selection women's footballers.This research takes a member of our national teams at the grassroots level, Lanzhou women's football team, for example. The method of literature and investigation ,mathematics statistics method are mainly adopted to make a research on the type of women footballers' nerve and the features of personality. Finally the following results and suggestions are obtained.1 The type of women footballers' nerve expresses a small number of people of strong and balanced type and weak and imbalanced type, but a large number of middle model.2 Among the 16 factors of Lanzhou women footballers personality have a high grade feature in C,F and H, while Q2 has a low grade feature.3 There is a apparent difference between Lanzhou women footballers and national excellent women footballers.4 The feature of Lanzhou women footballers' personalities agrees with the type of their nerve. Those players with the same type act similarly .But we can also find that not all players act the same with the type of their nerve. There are still differences.5 We suggest the department concerned to impose the degree of respecting on the players' psychological selection; Cooperating more with local universities and research institutes.6 Do a further research on the cause and result relationship of the development of players' psychology based on this research.
