Wuhan Qiao Estuary "Campus Football" Women's Training Pattern Of Primary And Secondary Schools To Study

With China's reform and opening up,in the 1990 s,China's women's football has been comprehensively developed and improved,and China's women's football has made remarkable achievements.In the 1980 s,China put forward the policy of "combining sports with education",aiming at solving the problems of cultural learning and employment security of football players.Taking the school as an entity training unit,on the premise of ensuring that football players get good cultural education,make full use of spare time to carry out special training,so as to train young football players into all-round talents.In recent years,"campus football" has become a hot word in China after the state council proposed the idea of "comprehensively popularizing the football population and consolidating the foundation of campus football".The state council has set "returning the Chinese women's football team to the ranks of the world's top teams" as the medium-term goal of developing the women's football career in the overall plan for the reform and development of Chinese football.The overall plan for the reform and development of Chinese football and the policy of youth campus football have been practically implemented in the development of men's football.However,compared with women's football,although it has been mentioned in the above national development strategy plan,we can hardly find the specific plan or operational details for the development of women's football.It is the research direction of this paper that how to make the women's football from the popularization and promotion of the youth school football to return to the ranks of the world's top teams.This paper uses literature method,interview method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method to wuhan Qiao estuary five characteristics of primary and secondary schools football school,of which three school: XinGe Village elementary school,anhui street primary school,the east is 12 hours,1 junior high school:sixty-four middle school in wuhan city,1 high school: 29 middle school in wuhan citytraining mode,on the basis of the research.This paper studies and analyzes the training mode,talent training management,teacher management,training management,competition management and other aspects of the women's football game on the campus of middle and primary schools in order to promote the scientific construction of the model system of women's football reserve talent training in wuhan,and provide a realistic basis and reference for the development of the women's football game on the campus of wuhan and even the whole country.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)In terms of the training mode,the characteristic schools of women's football in the region will receive special appropriations from the state,provinces and cities every year,and some of them will use the special funds to sign service agreements with the clubs: the school is responsible for cultural teaching,and the club is responsible for football training.The training mode of cooperation between the club and the government has solved the contradiction between the lack of funds and the training for a long time.But this pattern formed in Qiao mouth area is not the norm,should vigorously expand its scope.(2)In terms of talent management,the characteristic schools of women's football in the district strictly control the selection of talents.Three levels of echelons have been set up for the women's football team in the campus: primary school-junior high school-senior high school.However,the selection of small,the number of women's football in the region is less than 150 people,the female football population base needs to increase.(3)In terms of the management of teachers,the education level of teachers in characteristic schools in the district is relatively high.After the cooperation between featured schools of junior and senior high schools and clubs,the teaching staff basically meets the training needs.However,the number of football teachers in schools that do not cooperate with clubs is small and the type is single,which cannot meet the training needs.The teaching level of football teachers is low,and the situation of teacher re-education is not ideal.(4)In terms of competitive training,all the schools in the district provide scientific andreasonable training and competition arrangements for the participating women's football teams,which are in accordance with the current principles of adolescent physical development.However,there is no 11-man field in junior and senior high schools,which seriously affects the improvement of the skill and tactics of the female football players.
