Study On The Cultivation Of Present College Students' Honesty And Morality

As The basic moral integrity to citizens, Honesty is a traditional Chinese ethics and virtue of the ancient China, which includes both honesty and trustworthiness. Honesty is sincere and not pseudo, trustworthy and not pettifogging, truthful and not preposterous, good faith and hardworking. Its emphasis is truth. And trustworthy means to comply with selves'promises practice their own promises, to be trustworthy in word and resolute in deed. With the rapid development of China's market economy and further deepening, credit crisis emerged in society, including moral integrity of college students in particular show great concern to us. The reasons of this relate to family, society, but mainly is university itself.Cultivating moral integrity is related to the process of building a good socialist moral system, promote social harmonious development and national stability and the full realization of well-off event. Therefore, colleges and universities must realize the necessity and importance of strengthening the culture of integrity and to increase the strength of moral education, consider, the moral integrity as an important part of personnel training, and establish a scientific, sound and effective training mechanism, shaping the students good moral integrity. This paper will analyze three aspects of the current college student credit issues related to moral culture.Part 1:meaning and significance of the culture of Honesty and Morality. It mainly introduces the character, honesty and integrity character, moral integrity of college students, the content of college students moral integrity cultivation and the importance of enhance students'integrity and morality cultivation and so on.Part 2:Analysis on the current status of honesty and morality culture. According to school's leading role in the of students'moral integrity, it from establishing the regulations and management system of honesty and morality and its cultivating, colleges take certain measures to strengthen the students'honesty and morality culture, and students'honesty awareness significantly increase three sides, to summarize the main achievements of students moral integrity. Based on this, it proposed the main problems as the existence imperfectness of the current college student credit and morality culture evaluation system, the empty education contents, the sole cultivating form and the clear phenomenon of college students'acts of bad faith. And analyze the main reasons of current problems in the character training form several sides as universities lack of knowledge, paid insufficient attention, clear phenomenon of stressing intelligence while neglecting morality, theory divorced from reality, the integrity of the campus environment is not yet fully formed and the join force of school, family, social doesn't play enough force, etc.Part 3:the current countermeasures of Students moral integrity culture. It is discussed from four aspects:first is strengthening the leadership of integrity and morality culture, second is to build three classrooms, innovating training content and style, including the establishment of theory teaching classroom, campus culture classroom, and classroom of practice, etc. The third is to improve the evaluation system of moral integrity.
