Disscussion About The Humanism Of The News Reportage Of Legal System

With the development of social democracy and legal system, the news concerning legal system has flourished since the reform and opening of China. It has played a very important role in news reportage. The paper analyses summarily about the actuality of the news concerning legal system, affirms the achievement we have acquired, at the same time, points out that there are still a lot of error areas in reporting the news concerning legal system. An extrusive problem is that the news concerning legal system shows too little solicitude for humanism.The paper analyses the relationship between the news concerning legal system and humanism, and points out that the above problem represents concretely at the following aspects: the case is reported instead of the human, the laws can be seen but no reasons expressed; only report the superficial phenomena and seldom try to tell the truth; the function of propaganda is much better than that of service etc.The paper moves forward to analyse the difficulties of incarnating the humanism in reporting the news concerning legal system,such as the difficulties in interviewing, writing, publishing and infringing the interviewees' rights easily. On the foundation, the paper brings forward some countermeasures, namely, boost up disseminator's humanistic consciousness; excavate the humanistic connotation which is hiding behind the news; seek the combination of the law and human when choosing the subject of the news; explore the mental world of the interviewee from the common people's visual angle; reflect the real world by writing in different orientation and angles; carry forward lofty humanism by publishing commentaries.
