Applications And Research Of The Remote Monitoring And Control System

On the basis of the remote Monitoring and control system development of cement product line, this thesis designs a remote Monitoring and control system that bases on Web. This system regards browser/server as the basic construction. Concrete contents as follows:Firstly, this thesis simply introduces the basic concept and function of remote Monitoring and control system, then provides general construction of remote Monitoring and control system based on web, and analyzes the function of each part of system. It specifies some important respects, such as the connection of network, data deliver, data collection, etc.Secondly, it briefly introduces the basic principle of COM, and further points the basic concept of OPC, which came from COM, then explains how to realize OPC data access server and OPC customer program. Because of the importance of data transfer, this paper analyzes and explains realization of three methods of data transfer by turns. They are DDE, network socket, Distributed COM. In this chapter of Web server, introduces the general construction of web page, and the basic grammar and some important concepts such as Form, Frame, analyzes general construction of ASP page, explain the program of customer and server and the method of conjunction with database.Finally, Aimed at the cement workshop's actual condition, the paper bring forward the design projection of the remote Monitoring and control system for this workshop, and comparison of every kind of hardware. It analyzes the realization details of DDE data transfer, gives out the general frames of socket realization, realizes several simple web pages, realizes the whole Monitoring and control system fundamentally.
