The Studies And Developments On Fieldbus Protocol Based On High Speed Ethernet

Co-existing of several Fieldbus standards in current control field leads to people adopt Ethernet into fieldbus standardize work. People attempt to use Ethernet to unify fieldbus standard. Key technology problems when using Ethernet in industrial control network become the studying hotspot.High Speed Ethernet released by Fieldbus Foundation is used as the study object in this paper. This paper deeply studied the communication mechanism, management mechanism, communication schedule mechanism and reliable transmit mechanism of HSE. A real-time communication models for control network based on Ethernet is put forward in this paper. The function block schedule mechanism of HSE is also improved on is this paper. The method to implement HSE communication stack software is another part of this paper.Firstly, this paper introduced the latest information of fieldbus standards and put forward the key problem to use Ethernet in industrial control network. Then communication process and real-time ability of Ethernet is introduced in detail. In succession, this paper uses the characteristics of industrial control network as an entrance, combining the communication characteristics of Ethernet, brings forward a for control network based on Ethernet. HSE protocol released by Fieldbus Foundation is the key study of this paper. HSE unit module design, HSE communication stack interface design, HSE communication stack software integration design and message process flow are introduced in detail in this paper.Then, this paper describes how to construct a fieldbus control system based on HSE. This part includes configuration of the control system, startup process of the system. At last, this paper summarizes the whole work and prospects the later work.
