The Design Of Network Control Function About Inverter

The paper researches primarily the network-control function of inverters. Discussing the network-control function of inverters with two kinds of methods: One is computers control inverters basing on the self-definition protocol through RS485 serial port; The other is connecting the inverter which is controlled by the master to the fieldbus network through interfaces. The main work of the paper includes: Having developed the control-software basing on the self-definition protocol to control remotely inverters which is linked to the computer through RS485 serial port. For the way of connecting inverters to PROFIBUS network for remote controlling, we use the ASIC which integrates the complete PROFIBUS-DP protocol to develop interfaces. With the two products developed, the network-control function of inverters comes to realize. The inverter can not only form network-control through RS485 serial port, but also be linked to the PROFIBUS network which is made up of the products of other factories. Finally have a few experiments of the network-control of inverters by the two kinds of networks and analyze the methods of network-control of inverters from the applicant prospective.
