During the design of software and hardware for industrial real-time controlling system and data collecting system, it is necessary to take into account the collection accuracy, the situation of the target and the working site. In the field of aviation, high reliability, multi-touch on and off and complicated actions are some common features of all switches and contact unit. This project aims at the general design and development of the general complicated action switch test system and carries out detailed work from the following aspects. First, the signal produced during the switch-on is tiny and all kinds of disturbances may be added to it during the data collection and transmission, therefore, it is a must to adopt some measures to process the signal, which means the design of the data collection system should possess characteristics like high frequency sampling, high A/D conversion, disturbance-resistant and superior arithmetic. Based on the mechanism of all kinds of disturbances appearing during the tiny signal collection in industrial environment, the author analyzed the software and hardware, and adopted several anti-disturbance measures in the hardware design and combined several filtering arithmetic in the software design, which achieved satisfactory effects from the experiment results. Second, this data collection and controlling system is a real-time controlling system, therefore, the author adopted multi-thread object-oriented programming with high-speed units and cards to achieve real-time data collection and rebuilding. Thirdly, this system consists of a tiny-current switch test platform and a complicated action switch test platform. The former can be used to collect instantaneously the contact voltage of the tiny current switch on contact. While the latter is capable of not only what the former can do but also controlling precisely the switch action to realize it's complicated action. Through electronic engineering design, this paper used a multi-action device and achieved high-accuracy three-dimensional positioning of the target, which greatly enhanced the test efficiency and data collection accuracy. Finally, as this system has been operated in a real industrial environment, it adopts a human engineering design principle such as human-machine interactive operating interface, contact-mode input technique which simplifies the operation of the system. Last but not least, when the system was applied to a real site, we achieved fairly good results of real-time signal collection and accurate action-control.
