| Firstly, the concepts, history of the development and general structure of Telecontrol system is presented in this paper. The form of system composition and network structure of Telecontrol system is introduced in detail. The status and development trend at home and abroad are also introduced.Secondly, on the basis of spot reality, the author recommends the functional arrangement and hardware requirement of Telecontrol system and accomplishes the design of electric circuit of RTU which can be suitable for mini-type SCADA in the far distance.Thirdly, the author analyzes and summarizes the characteristic of all kinds of transmission protocol according to the requirement of Telecontrol. It includes the report-by-exception transmission protocol and enquire protocol, widely used in China and Japans or USA. Then, he puts forward a kind of data transmission manner It uses transmit dynamic data by combining the report-by-exception transmission manner, and transmit static data by enquire manner. And he develops the Telecontrol and generally used software on the basis of DNP 3.0, with more adaptability, perfect function of data link layer management , plentiful and complete object data.In the end, author figures out the methods of information exchanging between two Telecontrol system basis on different protocols; or between the Telecontrol system and the other network based the OSI model . At last, Many significative investigation of expansibility of the Telecontrol system has been done. |
