The Research On The Web-based Relay Assembly Process CAPP System

With the globalization of manufacture enterprise,assembly process CAPP system has developed rapidly for integration,intelligence,network and collaboration. The study of the assembly process CAPP system for the advanced manufacturing model has become one of the emphases and hotspots at the field of CAPP system. In this paper, the idea of assembly process CAPP system in the networked environment is proposed.This paper outspreads its research on the function, characteristic and key techniques of assembly process CAPP under the object of assembly process CAPP system and the background of networked environment.At first,this paper researches the each item of basic techniques which are the Web-based software development. And then, the whole frame of the products developing integrative system in the networked environment is set up,as well as the flat flow of product designing based on the workflow management is put forward. Based on the research of the system's status in the products developing integrative system in the networked environment is raised.Besides, the enabled technologies and the related technique standards such as the workflow of designing and developing products in the networked environment are worked over,and the main function modules of the system are collocated.Under this premise,the key techniques of the Web-based assembly process CAPP system are systematically researched,including the technique of gathering the product's information,the assembly process knowledge base,the assembly process decision-making technology,the assembly process sequence designing technology, the assembly process estimation technology, interface technology and so on.The problems are reasonably solved,including the establishment of assembly model,the organization and expression of knowledge,the decision-making of assembly sequence,the estimation of assembly process reasonability, the access to database, etc.Finally,this paper brings forward a method for constructing the assembly process CAPP system fitting the networked environment,with this method,the Web-based assembly process CAPP system is developed.And then takes the motor relay as an example to verify the each function of the system.
