The Study Of The Construction Of Digital Expert Reference Of Northeast Normal University Library

Digital reference service is a new library service in the middle and late 1990,s abroad, it is a extension and new development of the traditional reference in the web environment. It utilizes the advantages of the Internet to provide convenient, rapid and efficient information service. With the development of the web technology, the form of reference service will be digital and multiform, the content of the service will be deeper and in higher level. The information service of library faces huge opportunity and challenge. So the socialization of the consultant, including how to realize the socialization of the consultant, satisfy the information demand of the reader, develop the expert information reference in the web environment is one of important question for discussion. The Reference Department of the Northeast Normal University comes into existence in12, 2000 with 8 librarians. The service of it is very reputable by all the students including data search, reader training, the use and maintenance of the electronic book and journal, CD database and other electronic literature, etc. But for the special questions of a certain subject, the library can not give the satisfying answers because all of the consultants are librarians. The article consider the digital expert reference as the main body and calculate the real instance of Northeast Normal University, advance a material actualizing project, four parts in total. The first part is the concept analysis of the digital expert reference. The second part is introduction and analysis of the digital expert reference domestic and abroad. The third part is material analysis of the Northeast Normal University.The forth part discuss the details concretely. This paper want to use the theory lead the actualization of particular practice, accelerate the theory by particular practice. Base on the ample data , discuss the actualization of digital expert reference service in Northeast Normal University Library to perfect the service and advance the whole strength.
