Design And Development Of Personnel MIS Of Chengdu Railway Bureau

The key technology in Modern Enterprise Development is the imformationization of enterprise. It also enhances the competitive power and the economic effects of the enterprise.As a large-scale state enterprise, the Chengdu Railway Bureau (CRB) builds a modern human resources managing information system based on information techniques, compute techniques, modern decision-making technique, modem database techniques and network techniques. It is not only the need for establishing modern enterprise but also the need for development of railway.This article designs and develops a human resource management system based on the practical situations of CRB, and start from the needs for increase the efficiency of human resource management. In the development, the characteristics of interactive, easy manipulative and practical-results of the human resource management are highlighted. The statistic and the share of information are also used in this system. Doing this, the data of the human resource keep its compatibility and the efficiency.Based on the practicability demonstration, the system development program is planed. A new logical and physical model of the system is proposed under the analysis on the function of the system, the flow of the management and the need of the client. The Power Builder 8.0 is used in the Windows Operation and SQL Server2000 to develop a new human resources information management system.
