In these years, with the application of Internet widely, the technology of computer and Internet have made quiet great development, it also promotes the development of some correlative technologies, of which the technology of remote controlling has become more and more important, for example, it has much importance in handling official business at home, remote teaching, industrial controlling, etc. Thus, it is very important of studying how to realize the technology of remote controlling in the environment of Internet or local area network. In this paper, the development status and characteristics of control system are stated briefly, and the development direction of control system with the development of network technology is confirmed. Based on the network framework of the remote control system, some basic program architectures are discussed, and detailed study is made about remote control system. Some prevailing network and distributed technology, such as Winsock. Based on the analysis and study of these technology, two solutions are developed, they are the solution based on Winsock and Web technology.The remote control system is based on Winsock . the thesis has seven parts. The first part is introduction. At the beginning, we have a survey on remote controlling, including its conception, working theory, work mode and its characteristic. Then the problem needed solving and the work needed doing are brought forward base on a controlling system. At last the present research situation and the importance of research are discussed. The second, the third and the fourth part focuses on the technology of net communication. Firstly weintroduce the fundamental concept and principle of netcommunication . On base of analyzing the requirement of the remote control system, it researches and designs the realizable scheme of data transmission subsystem from three aspects respectively: selection of the communication protocol, planning of the application program interface and executable mode of the data transmission system. The second part, The development of Internet is maintain close link with TCP/IP protocol. Because the data transfer of computer depends on the TCP/IP protocol. The third part, it is executable mode of the data transmission system. The common model is Client/Server system. Using this model,the client sends requests to server system. The server system wait the client's connection with a process. As soon as the connection is built,the data transfer is in progress by the way of design. The fourth part, it is planning of the application program interface .So the socket is the basical unit of Internet communication. The sockets can be considered the ends of different hosts which communicate each other. It makes the platform between single host and Internet. Sockets is the ID of process. The transfer of network is the communication of process. The fifth part ,detailed study is made about remote control system. In the practical system realization, the paper realizes the transmission of surveillance and control data by choosing TCP communication protocol, Socket interface of high compatibility and client-server paradigm. The sixth part introduces the design and realization of interchanger'users Data control system, combining above-mentioned five parts and the project setting and based on the control system, discusses the design scheme of remote controlling of it. realizes the development of client program by applying message response mechanism; realizes the multi-client surveillance. In the last, we have a summery on the thesis-remote controlling technology, and look into the prospect of solving remote controlling problems. In this project, It not be analysed for the JavaBean, CORBA, JavaRMI,Interchanger'Users data control system is based on Intranet, so in this contronl system, it didn't involved in complex security, these problems will be consummated in the future. With the case of " interchanger'users Data control system" which was set up by the Socket Program technology, this paper is written in an application of the information technology theory in the aim of realizing Stop&Renew Calling Traffic .Research results of this paper have been used .
