ObjectiveIn order to explore the correlation between acute gouty arthritis in patients with TCM syndromes and laboratory indexes and provide objective reference for acute gout arthritis inflammation TCM syndrome research in, to carry out the combination of disease and syndrome diagnosis, treatment and curative effect evaluation of lay the foundation.MethodThrough the study of 100 cases of acute gout arthritis patients are retrospectively analyzed, 100 cases of acute gout arthritis of prospective study, are collected from patients with general information and laboratory index (white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, serum uric acid), fill in the amount of TCM syndrome integral form, data entry, using correlation analysis to observe the correlation between different TCM syndromes and laboratory indexes.Result1 Part one1.1 Retrospective analysis of 100 cases of acute gout arthritis inflammation in patients with spleen deficiency syndrome integral and erythrocyte sedimentation rate correlation is positive correlation, correlation coefficient is 0.278 and no significant difference with other laboratory indicators; wet muddy syndrome score and serum uric acid correlation is positive correlation, correlation coefficient is 0.199 and other laboratory indexes had no significant difference; scores of qi deficiency syndrome, blood deficiency syndrome integral, yin deficiency syndrome integral, Yang Deficiency Syndrome integral, blood stasis syndrome integral, damp heat syndrome integral and different laboratory index of correlation is not statistically different.1.2 Retrospective analysis of 100 cases of acute gouty arthritis in 21 cases of white blood cell count increased (21.0%),26 cases of percentage of neutrophils increased (26.0%),65 cases of erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased (65.0%),74 cases of blood uric acid increased (74.0%).2 Part two2.1 The relationship between the incidence of prospective studies of 100 cases of acute gouty arthritis in patients with spleen deficiency syndrome score and blood uric acid, erythrocyte sedimentation is positive correlation, the correlation coefficients is 0.251 and 0.286, there is no significant difference with other laboratory indexes; correlation between damp score and blood uric acid is positively correlated, correlation coefficient is 0.329. There is no significant difference with other laboratory indicators; the relationship between the incidence of damp heat syndrome integral and erythrocyte sedimentation as a positive correlation, the correlation coefficient is 0.279, there is no significant difference with other laboratory indexes; there is no significant correlation between qi deficiency syndrome and blood deficiency syndrome integral, integral of yin deficiency syndrome and yang deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome score and different laboratory indexes.2.2 Prospective study of 100 cases of acute gout arthritis 24 cases of white blood cell count is significantly higher (24.0%),34 cases of percentage of neutrophils increased (34.0%),52 cases of erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased (52.0%),81 cases of blood uric acid increased (81.0%).2.3 Prospective study of 100 cases of acute gout arthritis patients are accompanied by joint pain (100%), pain level mainly to moderate pain mainly,97 cases accompanied with arthritis of acute swelling (97.0%),99 cases accompanied by joint activities restricted (99.0%).Conclusion1. Acute gout arthritis patients with syndrome of spleen deficiency, dampness and blood uric acid are positively correlated, spleen deficiency syndrome, damp heat syndrome integral and erythrocyte sedimentation rate is positively correlated.2. The incidence of hyperuricemia in patients with acute gout arthritis is higher in the study.3. Laboratory indexes such as white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and the incidence of acute gout arthritis are correlated.
