| Objective This topic took damp heat syndrome in type 2 diabetic patients as the object of study,observation comparison of the clinical efficacy of clearing heat and removing dampness formula and based lifestyle intervention,appraise the clinical effects and the safety of clearing heat and removing dampness formula.Methods 72 type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.During the test,6cases were off,the actual test group was consists of 34 test cases and 32 control cases. The control group only took based lifestyle intervention, beside this, beside this,the treatment group add with clearing heat and removing dampness formula one day of one dose. After 4 weeks of treatments,the date includes fasting and postprandial 2h plasma glucose,fasting and postprandial C-peptide,glycosylated serum protein,symptoms and signs includes patients with tiredness, head and body heavy, dry, bitter taste, eat easy to hunger and the situation of stool and urine at the first day^ the 14th day^ the 28th day of the treatment.Results 1.A comparison of treatment groups and control group was made before the experiment in general and laboratory indexes generation date including age, gender, BMI, the difference no significant (P> 0.05), the two groups can be compared. Contrast treatment group and control group before treatment,the clinical symptoms of integral,fasting and postprandial 2h plasma glucose, fasting C peptide and postprandial C-peptide, glycosylated hemoglobin, glycosylated serum protein,the difference no significant (P> 0.05).2.The treatment group’s total effective rate was 3.1%,but the control group’s total effective rate was 8.82%higher than the control group, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).3.Compared with the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome efficiency:the control group’s total effective rate was 50%, the treatment group’s total effective rate was 85.2%, higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4.Compared the two groups of symptoms situation:treatment of the two groups before symptoms integral, the difference no significant (P> 0.05). The treatment group and control group’s symptom score before treatment were decreased from the second week. At the 2th weeks and 4th weeks,the treatment group’s symptoms observe integral scores had statistical significance with the scores of symptoms in control group (P< 0.01).5.Compared the two groups of FPG、2hPG situation:results show that the difference of ^ 2hPG of the two groups and after treatment between the two groups of FPG、2hPG has statistical significance (P< 0.01);The FPG before and after treatment in the control group, the difference has significance (P< 0.05).6. Compared the two groups of fasting C peptide and postprandial C-peptide situation: results show that the difference of fasting C peptide of two groups has significance (P< 0.01); fasting C peptide and postprandial C-peptide of the treatment group and control group before and after treatment,after treatment between the two groups of postprandial C-peptide difference has no significance (P< 0.01);7.Compared the two groups of GSP situation:results show that the difference before the treatment of the GSP of two groups has significance (P< 0.01).The difference after the treatment of the GSP of two groups has statistical significance (P< 0.01).8.Safety evaluation:comparison of all cases before and after treatment of blood routine, urine routine, liver function (ALT, AST), renal function (BUN, CRE), numbers before and after treatment were normal. In the course of the study did not appear adverse reactions.Conclusions 1.Compared with the basic lifestyle intervention, type 2 diabetic patients with clearing heat and removing dampness formula can effectively relieve patients from tiredness, head and body heavy, dry, bitter taste, eat easy to hunger and the situation of stool and urine and other symptoms;2.Compared with the basic lifestyle intervention,type 2 diabetic patients with clearing heat and removing dampness formula can effectively reduce fasting and postprandial blood glucose 2 h effect is more obvious;3.Compared with the basic lifestyle intervention,type 2 diabetic patients with clearing heat and removing dampness formula can’t effectively reduce fasting C peptide and postprandial C-peptide obvious;4.Compared with the basic lifestyle intervention,type 2 diabetic patients with clearing heat and removing dampness formula can effectively reduce GSP obvious;5.Clearing heat and removing dampness formula in treatment of damp heat syndrome of type 2 diabetes is safe and effective... |
