Clinical Study On The Effect Of Promoting Blood Circulation And Removing Blood Stasis On The Healing Rate Of Injured Area After Meniscus Suture

Objective:To repair the meniscus injury is important to sustain the function ofknee joint, therefore arthroscopic surgery treatment of meniscus injury has become the main clinical treatment.But meniscus union in the present clinical study and the union time is controversial, in clinical research literature exists phenomenon that postoperative meniscus delayed union or couldn’t be union. Studying oraling activating blood and remove stasis of Chinese medicine to union of the meniscus injury suture postoperatively damaged area is to improve curative effect and shorten the period of treatment and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of meniscus injury to explore a new way to provide experiment basis for clinical treatment.Methods:60 patients diagnosed as one knee meniscus injury was under arthroscopic meniscal suture technique effective cases.Randomizing controlled group by random envelope method,divide into experimental group and the control group,30 cases in each group and 60 patients postoperative rehabilitation all use the same function. Postoperative patients of oral traditional Chinese medicine, comparing two groups of preoperative and postoperative 6 weeks,12 weeks of the Lysholm scale and preoperative and postoperative 12 weeks MRI results. We use SPSS 19.0 for effectiveness and safety evaluation of the data.Results:the result of the Lysholm scale after 6 weeks of surgery:the cured and excellent number of the two groups is 0:effective cases:experimental group is 15 and control group is 10;invalid cases:experimental group is 15 and control group 20:the union rate of experimental and control groups is 50.0% and 33.3%; compareing the union rate of the two group, exprimental group is better than the control group. The result of the Lysholm scale after 12 weeks of surgery:cured cases:experimental group is 1 and control group is 0; excellent cases:experimental group is 3 and control group is 2; effective cases: experimental group is 17 and control group is 13;invalid cases:experimental group is 9 and control group is 14;the union rate of experimental and control groups is 70.0%and 53.3%; Comparing with 6 weeks, two groups of excellent and effective cases improve, and invalid cases decrease; the union rate of the two group, experimental group is higher than control group. The result of the MRI classification after 12 weeks of surgery:cured number: experimental group is 3 and control group is 1; excellent cases:experimental group is 12 and control group is 9; effective cases:experimental group is 13 and control group is 15;invalid cases:experimental group is 2 and control group is 5;the union rate of experimental and control groups is 93.3% and 83.3%. Compareing the union rate of the two group, experimental group is higher than control group.Conclusion:taking Chinese medicine after the meniscus suture surgery,the result data of MRI and Lysholm scores is that experimental group better than control group.Taking Chinese medicine after meniscus suture surgery has obvious effect to promote meniscus union.
