Objective:To study the use of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in patients with high blood pressure by epidemiological investigation and using the relevant data of the high blood pressure slow disease management system(EHR information system)in Qinghuai district,Nanjing City.To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on blood pressure control and clinical prognosis in patients with hypertension. Methods:From January 2014 to December 2017,375 patients with primary hypertension with standardized chronic disease management were enrolled in the community health service center of Qinghuai District,Nanjing City from January 2014 to December 2017.Blood pressure, blood lipid and new coronary heart disease in different time points after intervention were collected respectively.Stroke-related clinical data were analyzed retrospectively, and SPSS2.0 system was used, and independent sample t-test and test-test were used to test the difference between groups, and the trend test was conducted using single-factor analysis of variance. Results:In 375 patients with high blood pressure, the traditional Chinese medicine was divided into observation group and control group(which was defined as long-term administration for more than 12 months)according to whether the traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis was divided into observation group and control group for a long time.1.Compared with the control group, there was no statistical difference between the basic antihypertensive drug type observation group and the control group in 2014(P>0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the group of basic blood pressure reducing drugs and the control group in 2017(P>0.05).2.For the effect of blood pressure:there was no statistical difference between the systolic blood pressure and the control group(P>0.05)before the use of Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in 2014;There was no statistical difference between the two groups of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine observation group(P>0.05)and the control group(P<0.05)in 2014.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After 12-month-old Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, the systolic blood pressure level in the observation group decreased significantly after 24 months, and was lower than that in the control group at the same time(P<0.05).3.The effect on blood lipid metabolism:The total cholesterol of the group was observed before the application of the traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in 2014.There was no significant difference between triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein and control group(P>0.05);in 2017,the total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in the group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the high density lipoprotein in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein in the group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The level of high-density lipoprotein in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group in the same period(P<0.05)after December,24 months after the application of the traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.4.The effect on the clinical outcome of hypertension:the ratio of newly diagnosed coronary heart disease in observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the newly diagnosed stroke ratio and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is used in community multi-discrimination.2.A certain benefit can still be obtained for the treatment of hypertension patients by using traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.3,on the basis of standardized management and treatment of hypertension and western medicine foundation treatment, the advantages of the combined use of the traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis still exist, and the traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis has clinical advantages for community management of hypertension patients:In order to improve the blood lipid level of patients with high blood pressure,we can improve the prognosis of hypertension patients.
