The effects of Fuzi are reviving yang for resuscitation, supplementing fire and Yang, collapse and yang deficiency.Fuzi usually need to use after processing. Heishunpian,baifupian,paofupian and danfupian,have been recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia of 2015. This experiment center in collaboration with China National Traditional Chinese Medicine Corporation, Invented the new specification-"chaofupian", has recorded into "Chinese medicine preparation of sichuan province". This article selects heishunpian、paofupian and chapfupian from sichuan province.These could lay the foundation for processing qualified,stable and controllable Fuzi decoction pieces.With the development of modern science and technology, The quality of Chinese medicine decoction pieces demand is higher and higher, using the modern instruments in Chinese medicine decoction pieces quality indicators for scientific and objective quantitative evaluation, become a new trend develop decoction pieces quality standards. The research includes two parts, and the results are as follows:Part 1 OverviewThe processing methods of Fuzi from ancient to modern had been collected. Carding quality evaluation method of Fuzi decoction pieces. To evaluate the quality of medicinal materials of lateral root in ancient methods and indicators mainly embodied in the original production areas, wild and cultivated, appearance, processing methods,and so on. The author through the research of origin, thorough understanding of authentic herbs planting and harvesting and processing, and selection of qualified slices for further study.2.Traditional quality evaluation index of Fuzi decoction pieces:appearanceUsing digital display vernier calipers, color difference meter, quality and structure of monkshood slices of measurement "shape, color, texture, through the analysis of mathematical statistics, the preliminary determination data quantitative black smooth piece, artillery piece, and attached to the part of the appearance of indicators.Chinese medicine decoction pieces processing process, the hardest is to grasp the "unfinished" judgment. The slices of Fuzi decoction pieces of modern quality evaluation researchModern quality evaluation include two parts:6 kinds of alkaloid content assay and HPLC feature maps the establishment. Determine the content of monkshood yinpian 6 kinds of alkaloids, heishunpian, paofupian has not contain three kinds of diester-type alkaloids, three monoester-type alkaloid content between 0.009%～0.024% and 0.009%～0.024% And chaofupian has three kind of diester-type alkaloids content below 0.004%,three kinds of monoester-type alkaloid content between 0.046%～0.046%. Fuzi decoction pieces HPLC feature maps:(1) Heishunpian of feature maps from the overall similarity of the first 3 batch of black suitable similarity above 98%, after 2 batch of similarity was 97%, similarity between 3 and 2at around 80%. Considering the origin reason, although are from sichuan province, the origin of different elevation. Heishunpian 6 kinds of alkaloid content has no obvious difference, whether the influence of other components, need to progress step experiment.(2) According to the characters of 10 batches of paofupian HPLC map analysis, similarity above 97% and yinpian quality is stable. The hot sand affect heishunpian inner quality.(3) According to the characters of 10 batches of chaofupian HPLC map analysis, similarity above 98% and yinpian quality is stable. Compare shengfupian and chaofupian feature maps, shengfupian sand fired,9 peaks disappear, including three kinds of diester-type alkaloids,12 new peak, shengfupian and chaofupian with five common peak. After sand fry, each component content increased to different extent.4. Quality evaluation of the commercial Fuzi decoction piecesThrough the above research, the selected Fuzi decoction pieces quality evaluation index, Attached the 4 batch of commercially available Fuzi decoction pieces quality evaluation system research.The results show that 4 batch of different sources paofupian in size, color and 6 kinds of alkaloids content have differences, indicates that the study of aconite Fuzi decoction pieces quality evaluation index is reasonable. Also confirm the the commercial Fuzi decoction pieces attached quality differences and the necessity of establish yinpian quality evaluation system of Fuzi decoction pieces.In conclusion, for clinical provide different specifications of aconite Fuzi decoction pieces is safe and effective. It is very necessary to develop the corresponding quality evaluation was studied for Fuzi decoction pieces. At the same time study quantitative traits of traditional decoction pieces lateral root of aconite. For traditional Chinese medicine concocted the inheritance of traditional experience provides a new way of thinking and the experience of using for reference, and push the whole process of standardization of Chinese medicine market. |
