Efficacy Evaluation Of Modified Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris With Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:1.To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of adding and reducing the Gua Lou Xie Bai Ban Xia Tang on patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and unstable angina pectoris,and to evaluate the safety of adding and reducing Gua Lou Xie Bai Ban Xia Tang;2.to explore the significance and future development of tongue characteristic index RGB in clinical judgment and treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Material and Method:From November 2019 to November 2020,35 healthy people were selected as the control group in the physical examination center of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine,Taking the tongue image feature index as the reference range of normal value of tongue image,To measure the changes of tongue index before and after treatment in control group and test group.A total of 70 patients with unstable angina pectoris and TCM syndrome were selected as phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,were randomly divided into trial group and control group.The control group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,clopidogrel sulfate tablets,atorvastatin calcium tablets,rosuvastatin calcium tablets,isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets,etc.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group was treated with the Gua Luo Xie Bai Ban Xia Tang,Four weeks as a common course of treatment,To observe the changes of angina pectoris score,Seattle angina pectoris scale score,electrocardiogram ST segment,TCM syndrome score and tongue characteristic index RGB,After obtaining the results,the SPSS23.0 is used for analysis.Results:1.Angina score: Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the test group and the control group(P>0.05);after treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris was decreased,the duration was reduced,and the degree of angina pectoris was test group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.Seattle Angina Questionnaire score: before treatment,there was no significant difference between the test group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the test group and the control group and the control group(P>0.05).3.Resting electrocardiogram ST and T segment changes: After treatment,there was no significant difference in ECG ST segment and T wave between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).4.TCM syndrome score: Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the test group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the syndrome score of the test group and the control group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.Tongue characteristic index RGB: There was no significant difference between the test group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the RGB values of the test group and the control group were close to the healthy group before treatment,but only the B values of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Add and reduce the Gua Luo Xie Bai Ban Xia Tang can improve the quality of life of patients with unstable angina pectoris and sputum blood stasis of coronary heart disease;2.Add and reduce the Gua Luo Xie Bai Ban Xia can improve the chest tightness,chest pain,palpitations,shortness of breath and other TCM symptoms of unstable angina pectoris and sputum stasis in patients with coronary heart disease;3.The characteristic index of RGB can objectively describe the tongue image,and can be used as one of the clinical indicators to observe the effect of the treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.
