AIM: To design and implement exercise prescriptions to intervene in patients with nonspecific low back pain, and to observe the effects of exercise prescriptions on lumbar motion, pain and muscle tension. Methods: Thirty-six patients with nonspecific low back pain who were randomly divided into two groups were given the same exercise pattern, frequency and time for 8 weeks(19 in experimental group 1)and 12 weeks(17 in experimental group 2).The basic data of patients were input before and after the intervention.Lumbar motion,VAS pain grade and muscle tension were evaluated before and after the intervention.Test of three indicators.Result:(1)After 8 weeks of exercise intervention, the lumbar motion of the patients in the experimental group 1 improved significantly(P < 0.05).Among them, the left rotation of lumbar spine was more obvious, and there was a very significant difference(P < 0.01).After the intervention of the exercise prescription, there was no significant difference in VAS pain score and muscle tension(P > 0.05).(2)In the12-week exercise intervention test after the exercise prescription, there was a significant difference in lumbar spine activity before and after the intervention(P <0.01).It is proved that the exercise prescription has significantly improved the lumbar motion in all directions during the 12-week intervening period. In VAS pain score, the pain of patients also improved significantly(P < 0.01).It is proved that under the intervention of the exercise prescription, the patient's lumbar pain has obvious effect.(3)In the muscle tension test,it was found that the exercise intervention of 12 weeks or 8 weeks had no obvious effect(P > 0.05),which indicated that the improvement effect of the exercise prescription on the muscle tension of patients was not strong.CONCLUSION:(1)The research and design of non-specific low back pain exercise prescription has strong relevance, combined with muscle strength training and flexibility training,is simple and easy to learn, subject compliance is good, and the implementation effect is good.(2)Eight-week exercise intervention significantly improved the lumbar motion of patients, and twelve-week exercise intervention significantly improved the lumbar motion and lumbar pain of patients, suggesting thattargeted exercise intervention for non-specific low back pain should not be less than twelve weeks. The exercise prescription designed in this study has obvious effect on the improvement of lumbar pain and lumbar mobility in patients with nonspecific low back pain.Among them,8-week exercise intervention significantly improved the lumbar motion of patients, and 12-week exercise intervention significantly improved the lumbar motion and lumbar pain of patients.
