Study On The Regularity Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treating Thyroid Cancer Based On Literature Analysis

Purpose: Through a comprehensive search of ancient and modern Chinese medicine treatment of thyroid cancer related literature, use literature of TCM method to summarize ancient and modern Chinese medicine treatment of thyroid cancer using medicine laws,and provide an objective basis and theoretical basis for clinical and research.Material and method : Ancient literature is searched by “Chinese Medical Classics” software,“gall” as a keyword for directory.Modern literature is got by searching China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)of online publishing of clinical research literature(January 1995 to December 2015)and monographs about thyroid cancer of the Chinese medicine treatment. Election party in accordance with criteria selected standard prescriptions, prescription and the establishment of a database,using frequency analysis, summarized the using medicine law of ancient and modern of thyroid cancer.Results:1. Ancient Chinese medicine prescription treatment of thyroid cancer is 65, involving a total of 140 ingredient traditional Chinese medicine,the smallest one having one ingredient, the maximum one having 18 ingredient.The total frequency is 510 times.Modern Chinese medicine treatment of thyroid cancer prescription is 59, involving a total of 181 ingredient traditional Chinese medicine, the smallest one having 5ingredient, the maximum 31 ingredient.The total frequency of 850 times.2. The most frequent medicine of ancient prescription is kelp, the relative frequency of8.4%, prescription occurrence rate of 66.2%; The most frequent medicine of modern prescription is prunella, the relative frequency of 3.1% prescription occurrence rate of44.1%.3. The constituent ratio of 6 kinds medicines of ancient and modern treatment of thyroid cancer has significant difference(P <0.05).The most frequent medicine in ancient prescription is transforming phlegm and dissipating binds medicinal, the frequency of244, the relative frequency of 47.84%.The lowest frequency is attacking toxin with toxin medicinal, the frequency of 15, the relative frequency of 2.94%.The most frequent medicine in ancient prescription is supporting right and vacuity medicinal, the frequency of 273, the relative frequency of 32.12%, the lowest frequency is warming channel and dispersing accumulation medicinal, the frequency of 19, the relative frequency of 2.24%.4. The main medicine of thyroid cancer ancient treatment are transforming phlegm and dissipating binds medicinal,supporting right and vacuity medicinal, heat-clearing and toxin-resolving medicinal, the proportion of three kinds is about 80%. The ancient prescription is 79.21%, and the modern prescription is 80.82%.5. The common medicines of thyroid cancer treatment in ancient and modern are licorice, poria, angelica, kelp, seaweed, fritillary, pinellia, citrus;the common prescriptions are Jade-pot Seaweed Decotion, Liver Clearing Aloe Pills,Scutelaria,Coptis,Anemarrhena and Fritillaria Pill Qi-Freeing Hardness-Dissipating Pill,Four Seat Depression-soothing Pill.6.Supporting right and vacuity medicinal in ancient and modern prescription are mainly yin-enriching medicinal and qi-supplementing medicinal.Yin-enriching medicinal account for 6.5% in ancient prescriptions, and qi-supplementing medicinal account for6.9%,with little difference between them; yin-enriching medicinal account for 18.8% in modern prescriptions, and qi-supplementing medicinal account for 8.8%, yin-enriching medicinal significantly higher than qi-supplementing medicinal.Yang-warming medicinal and blood-supplementing medicinal are both low frequency of about 2% in ancient and modern prescription, with little difference between them in ancient and modern.7. Depression-resolving and transforming phlegm medicinal and hardness-softening and binds-dissipating medicinal accounted for 40.20%, 59.80% in transforming phlegm and dissipating binds medicinal of ancient prescriptions.Depression-resolving and transforming phlegm medicinal and hardness-softening and binds-dissipating medicinal accounted for 69.20%,30.80% in transforming phlegm and dissipating binds medicinal of modern prescriptions.Conclusion:1. Ancient and modern physicians treating thyroid cancer awareness performance“harmony but not sameness”, are considered “root vacuity and trip repletion”is essential etiology and pathogenesis of thyroid cancer and “support right and dispel evil”is the fundamental law of the treatment. But the ancient physicians emphasize dispelling evil,modern doctors emphasize both supporting right and dispelling evil.2. The medicine of Ancient and modern physicians treating thyroid cancer are transforming phlegm and dissipating binds medicinal, supporting right and vacuity medicinal, heat-clearing and toxin-resolving medicinal,activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis medicinal,supplemented by attacking toxin with toxin medicinal,warming channel and dispersing accumulation medicinal,but the constituent ratio of 6kinds medicines has significant difference.3. The most common pattern of thyroid cancer in ancient and modern is qi and yin vacuity, but the performance of thyroid cancer in ancient and qi vacuity and yin vacuity are balanced, but yin vacuity is more serious than qi vacuity in modern.4. In the treatment of thyroid cancer ancient physicians emphasize attacking evil, paying attention to sofening hardness and dissipating binds; modern physicians emphasize supporting right, with particular emphasis coursing the liver and rectifying qi,enriching yin and clearing heat.
