Clinical Retrospective Analysis Of 30 Cases Of Venous Ulcer Treated By Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Purpose:Observation of traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with the clinical curative effect of comprehensive treatment of venous ulcer of lower extremity and analyze the treatment scheme of science and rationality, and explore reasonable, economical and effective in the treatment of lower extremity varicose ulcer method, establishment of traditional Chinese medicine philosophy as guidance and effective clinical treatment, venous leg ulcer treatment time is shortened, alleviate patient’s pain and economic burden.Material and method:During the period of the 2014.07.01 2015.11.20 Department of vascular surgery; the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine of hospitalized patients, according to the clinical manifestations of the venous ulcer of lower extremity divided into hot and humid bet syndrome, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and different syndrome types by different internal and external treatment. Through the observation of the patients before and after the treatment of wound surface area, depth, permeability, granulation, the lower limb swelling and pain perception and other aspects to judge the efficacy.Results: 1.Clinical research, the total effective rate of 97.9%, the exact effect. 2.After treatment, the patient’s wound area, depth of the wound, the infiltration of the wound surface, granulation growth, lower limb swelling and pain experience were significantly improved, P<0.05, there was statistical significance. 3.There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect of the two ankle ulcers in the treatment of the anterior part of the tibia, P>0.05, no statistical significance.Conclusion: 1.According to the characteristics of the pathogenesis of venous ulcer of lower extremities in different stages, the traditional Chinese and Western medicine combination, combined internal and external treatment method for comprehensive treatment, after treatment patients wound area, wound depth, wound infiltration liquid, limb swelling and granulation growth and pain feeling was significantly improved compared with before treatment, the total effective rate was 97.9%, the curative effect is satisfied. 2.In the present study, the effect of the treatment of the ulcer in the double ankle region was not clearly related to the treatment effect of the anterior part of the leg.
