Correlation Between Deep Venous Thrombosis Of Lower Limbs And Solar Phenology

Objective: According to the clinical data of 250 DVT patients and 250non-DVT patients,this paper studies the pathogenesis of DVT with the change of solar terms,and explores its pathogenesis with the change of solar terms from the perspective of traditional Chinese and western medicine,so as to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of clinical DVT.Method: The clinical data of inpatients in Ruikang Hospital affiliated to guangxi university of chinese medicine from May 2017 to May 2022 were collected.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of DVT group and non-DVT group,250 cases in DVT group and non-DVT group were screened,and the DVT group was divided into youth group,middle-aged group and elderly group according to age groups.By calculating the incidence of DVT in different solar terms and the incidence of DVT in different age groups in different solar terms,the correlation between DVT incidence and solar term phenology was analyzed.The sensitivity of RBC,Hb,PLT,PT,APTT,FIB,FDP and DD to DVT was analyzed by independent sample T-test,and the variation law of DD with solar phenology was studied by regression analysis,and the differences of DD indexes in different age groups of non-DVT group and DVT group were discussed.Explore the pathogenesis of DVT with the change of solar terms from the perspective of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Results:(1)The incidence rate of DVT has obvious laws of phenological changes in solar terms: the low temperature in winter causes the human body to easily feel the cold pathogen,and the cold pathogen stagnates to form blood stasis,and the cold pathogen is induced,and the blood circulation is stagnant to form blood stasis,and the gas in late autumn is cool and dry,and the blood dryness causes the blood circulation to stagnate to form blood stasis,which increases the incidence rate of DVT.The incidence rate of DVT in different age groups is significantly different from that in solar terms,that is,the incidence rate of elderly patients is the highest,followed by middle-aged patients.(2)Through the sensitivity analysis of DVT index,FIB,FDP,DD and DVT have significant correlation,and DD has more obvious correlation with DVT,and DD has obvious law of solar phenology change,which is consistent with the law that DVT is affected by solar phenology.Conclusions:(1)From the White Dew to the Vernal Equinox(the mysterious bird returns to the beginning of electricity),that is,autumn and winter lead to the increase of peripheral vascular resistance,large blood pressure variability,and the increase of vasoactive substances,which increases the incidence of DVT,so the solar phenology has a significant impact on DVT.(2)From the slight cold to the summer solstice(from Yanbei Township to Banxiasheng),with the increase of yang,the yang in nature and human body is increasing rapidly,and the blood is warm and warm,and the incidence of DVT from the slight cold to the summer solstice(from Yanbei Township to Banxiasheng)is gradually decreasing;From beginning of autumn to the winter solstice(from the cool breeze to the spring movement),the yang gradually decreases and the yin gradually grows,and the blood loses the warm promotion of the yang and condenses when it meets the cold.From beginning of autumn to the winter solstice(from the cool breeze to the spring movement),the incidence of DVT gradually increases.Therefore,based on the overall theory of "the correspondence between man and nature",human DVT is affected by the changes of solar terms and phenology.
