Purpose:This paper preliminary discussion between different stages diabetic kidney disease syndrome types of TCM(yin scorching deficiency, Qi and yin deficiency, spleen and kidney deficiency, yin and yang deficiency syndrome) distribution indiabetic kidney disease and laboratory indexes correlation, analysis the risk factors of the occurrence and the development of diabetic kidney disease, provide not only a clinical basis powerful of diabetic kidney disease in diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine standardization research, but also for the syndrome difference of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of reference. Material and method:In this paper, through the collection of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June to December in 2015,the department of endocrinology patients diagnosed 200 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in selected patients with diabetic nephropathy in phase III, IV and V stage of patients screened, and another 60 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with non diabetic nephropathy of control group, reference standard of TCM diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy and the patient’s symptoms and signs and tongue like pulse condition which published in 2007 by the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy, divided into yin scorching deficiency, Qi and yin deficiency, spleen and kidney deficiency, yin and yang deficiency syndrome of four syndromes, the patient’s clinical symptoms, general information including gender, age, diabetes duration and laboratory index records carried on analysis and arrangement. All measurement data were recorded by mean plus or minus standard deviation(s)( x ± s)and use SPSS 17.0 software for data statistics. Results: 1.Between the diabetic kidney disease group and control group in terms of average age, course of disease, triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein-cholesterol,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). 2.200 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients were divided into four syndrome types, 41 cases yin scorching deficiency(20.5%),68 cases with deficiency of both qi and Yin Syndrome(34%),53 cases with deficiency of spleen and kidney(26.5%),38 cases of deficiency of both yin and Yang(19%), the type of syndrome distribution characteristics were as follows: syndrome of deficiency of both yin and Yang<yin scorching deficiency<spleen and kidney deficiency <Qi and yin deficiency syndrome. 3.The stage III diabetic nephropathy symptoms appeared as a frequency greater than 70% of the common symptoms of fatigue, dry mouth, thirst, polydipsia, urinary volume more diabetes, poor sleep, dry stool frequency was higher, it was more than 40%; diabetic nephropathy stage IV presented the higher frequency of symptoms in addition to the phase III common dry mouth, thirst and other symptoms, the frequency of edema of limbs, dizziness and other symptoms were more than 30%; diabetic nephropathy stage V thirsty, polydipsia frequency was reduced, dizziness, heart palpitations, limb swelling, chills, less urine, nausea and other symptoms the occurrence frequency was increased significantly. The frequency of the symptoms was such as blurred vision, numbness of limbs, limb pain, cold and other symptoms were more than 50%. 4.Diabetic kidney disease male patients with 99 cases(49.5%)and female patients with 101 cases(50.5%); among the syndromes of TCM of diabetic kidney disease, in terms of age, deficiency of both yin and Yang of the average age of the largest is(65.65±10.90) years, higher than the other three groups of syndrome type(P<0.05); in the course of disease, the average duration of the syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang are the longest,(16.18±7.79) years, higher than the with the other three groups of syndrome type(P<0.05). 5.Diabetic kidney disease stage III patients with hypertension had 101 cases(88.6%), 48 cases of stage IV patients with hypertension(100%), 38 patients with hypertension and stage V(100%). Diabetic kidney disease in stage III, stage IV and V period group comparison,(P<0.01), consider the hypertension of diabetic kidney disease have difference. 6.Logistic regression statistical results show that overweight and obesity(OR=2.771), hypertension(OR=18.810),dyslipidemia(OR=1.101),were developed positively correlated with diabetic kidney disease. Research conclusion: 1.Diabetic kidney disease may be related to elder of the patients. The patients may have longer duration diabetes. 2.Diabetic kidney disease of TCM syndrome type of distribution features are as follows: syndrome of deficiency of both yin and Yang<dryness heat due to yin deficiency<deficiency of spleen and kidney<Qi and yin deficiency, syndrome of deficiency of both qi and Yin is the diabetic kidney disease most common TCM syndrome type, deficiency of both yin and Yang by duration of diabetes and the more effect of age. 3.Dyslipidemia, hypertension, overweigh and obesity may be the risk of factor for the ocuurrence and development of diabetic kidney disease.
