| Objective Based on the entry point of Professor Su Lian’s proved prescriptions and paper in treating liver disease, on the basis of using traditional literature to organize academic thoughts, this study aimed to pick up the connection of disease—syndrome types of TCM—symptom—prescription—medicine, and from which looking for the therapy specialty and medicine rules, then the final goal is to discover Professor Su Lian’s academic thought in liver disease therapy. By the way, the Analytical tool is Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System software(TCMISS, V2.5).Methods Make the satisfactory medical cases standard, in put the data with unified format in TCMISS, V2.5 which developed by the Institute of Chinese Materia Medica in CACMS. Make the statistical analysis with frequency, asocciation rules, Complex system entropy clustering,by using this software’s statistical system and analytic system, analyze the statistics result in Chinese Medicine Theory. On the basis of the data, in combination with the study of Su Lian’s paper,books, archive materials and interviews, to summarize Su Lian’s attitude to study and the way to different syndrome,the model of diagnosis and treatment, and academic though for liver disease.Results Under the triple filter of the inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and entry criteria,finally this study analyzed 118 cases and 431 prescriptions. There were 74 male patients, 44 female patients in this study, and the age range is from 12 to 81 years old, with an average age of 46.16 years. As the most common symptoms of liver disease, fatigue occurred 87 times, The most was the liver depression and spleen deficiency which had 291 cases. This paper involved 213 kinds of drugs, As the highest frequency of traditional Chinese medicine, GANCAO occurred 399 times.Here are the top 15 drugs following by GANCAO, HUANGQI, FULING,CHAOBAIZHU, CHISHAO, GEGEN, JIAOSHENQU, BEISHASHEN, SHANYAO,YIYIREN, DANSHEN, BOKOU, ZIHUADIDING, SHAREN, CHAOHUANGQIN.The warm in 4 properties of herbs was 2498 times up to 36.21%, and the sweet in 5tastes five tastes of herbs was 4153 times up to 38.93%, the herb belonging to the spleen majority was 4170 times to 23.30%, stomach majority by the second. In the association rules of symptoms, 28 pieces of rules and 22 symptoms were obtained when setting the support degree at 13 and the confidence coefficient at 0.5, and there are 4 rules over the confidence coefficient at 0.5. Based on the association rules of prescription combinations, 46 pieces of rules and 8 herbs were obtained when setting the support degree at 200 and the confidence coefficient at 0.95. Based on the complex system entropy cluster algorithm, 10 core medicine combinations were obtained for the treatment of liver disease. According to unsupervised hierarchical clustering algorithm, 5 new prescriptions were obtained. The liver depression and spleen deficiency, spleen and stomach deficiency, blood stasis resistance collaterals,liver and kidney Yin deficiency,4 syndrome types of TCM, came from the ‘case analysis’ system in the V2.5 software, have the key symptoms of 24, 24, 24, 17 when the node threshold were 40, 50, 0, 22; the key herbs of 20, 17, 22, 33 when the node threshold were 120, 30, 0, 0; the herbs- syndrome types of TCM- symptoms network diagrams when the node threshold were 178, 195, 30, 50; and the similarity were 0.78,0.5, 0.56, 0.18 by using key herbs similar to prescription evaluation formula analysis.The blood stasis, blood heat, damp and hot, 3 accompanied syndrome types of TCM,have the key symptoms of 261, 44, 44, the key herbs of 204, 32, 32, and the herbssyndrome types of TCM- symptoms network diagrams when the node threshold were157, 76, 72.Conclusions Liver disease patients are mainly middle-aged people,more men than women,liver depression and spleen deficiency patients are the most. Liver disease patients are very easy to fatigue, and the most symptoms are Qi deficiency, spleen deficient, liver depression. |
