The Study Of Regularity Of Medication For Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseasefrom Professor Wei' Smedical Record Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

ObjectiveThis study retrospectively analyzed the medical records of professor Wei chenggong in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable period,and mainly discussed the medication rules of TCM in the treatment of copd patients in stable period with syndrome of lung and kidney qi deficiency by data mining and completed the academic summary.MethodsBy collecting the stable outpatient medical records of professor Wei chenggong in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the medical record information was input into the data acquisition module of the TCM Inheritance Support System software.Using functions of frequency analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis,medicine treatment of professor Wei incopd patients in stable phase with syndrome pattern of lung and kidney qi deficiency were analyzed.Finally,the medication characteristics and prescription law of Professor Wei chenggong was excavated to further summarize his academic experience in copd with stable period.It helps to provide ideas and clues for further researchResults1.Common symptoms and tongue pulse:the main symptoms include cough,shortness of breath,fatigue,frequency of urination,chills,chest tightness,wheezing,phlegm whiteness and spontaneous sweating,etc.,with cough,shortness of breath and fatigue as the main symptoms.The main tongue image for the tongue fat,tongue light,thin moss,moss thin white greasy or thin white moss.Pulse condition sees pulse more deep,weak,fine.2.Pathogenesis:the location of the disease is mainly in the lung and kidney,involving the spleen,stomach,heart,liver and other viscera.The disease has the deficient root and excessive superficial.The lung and kidney are asthenia in origin,and the phlegm and blood stasis are the and strong in superficiality.3.Prescription characteristics:a total of 343 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)were selected,including 160 kinds of TCM,most of which were warm drugs,and most of the five tastes were sweet,pungent and bitters.The association rule was used for analysis.The support degree was set as 120 and the confidence degree was 0.8.18 commonly used drug combinations were obtained,involving 11 drugs.In the new analysis,the correlation degree was 8 and the punishment degree was 2.Cluster analysis was conducted on drugs,and 105 drug pairs met the requirements,among which 44 were drug pairs with correlation coefficient above 0.04.A new combination of 8 pairs of 3-5 kinds of drugs was developed.On the basis of entropy hierarchical clustering,7 new formulae were obtained by further combination.Conclusion1.TCMISS software analyzed the outpatient medical record of professor weichenggong in the treatment of copd stable period.The disease location of copd stable period patients with lung and kidney qi deficiency was mainly in lung and kidney,involving spleen,stomach,heart,liver and other viscera.The lung and kidney are asthenia in origin,and the phlegm and blood stasis are the and strong in superficiality.Clinically,the symptoms are complex and diverse,and it is necessary to grasp the main symptoms,with tongue as the auxiliary to help precision medicine.2.The medication law of professor Wei in the treatment of this disease:(1)combination of cold and warm Chinese medicine,attach importance to warm medicine.Sweet pungent and bitters Chinese medicine are often used to treat stable copd patients with pulmonary and kidney qi deficiency type.(2)based on adjusting the balance of Yin and Yang between organs and viscera,tonifying lung and kidney Yang qi is important,supplemented by dispersing cold,relieving asthma and resolving phlegm.3.The core prescription and its application of Addition and subtraction reflects the characteristics of professor Wei' s academic thoughts of strengthening the body' s internal organs.
