Retrospective Clinical Study Of Multi - Channel Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy With Renal Failure

Purpose:To observe the clinical effects of strengthen vital qi discharge polluted and invigorate the circulation of blood combined with retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine,colon dialysis in treatment the diabetic nephropathy and renal failure and to explore the advantage of the traditional Chinese Medicine Retention Enema with colon dialysis in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and renal failure.Metertial and method: 1.The patients of the diabetic nephropathy and renal failure collected from the ward and outpatient department of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during 2014-2015 are 169 cases. 30 patients using the strengthen vital qi discharge polluted and invigorate the circulation of blood combined with retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine,are divided into a group,as the control group.Another 30 patients using the strengthen vital qi discharge polluted and invigorate the circulation of blood combined with retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine,colon dialysis became the treatment group. 2.The two groups were given calcium dobesilate capsules 0.5g, three times a day.At the same time to reduce blood sugar, blood pressure, lowering blood lipids and other symptomatic treatment.Improve anemia, water electrolyte, acid-base balance disorder and light, moderate infection, etc.The Chinese medicine decoction,100 ml three times a day,Chinese medicine enema with Jiangdan Decoction once a day and colon dialysis two times a week.The course of treatment are four weeks. 3.Observing the differences before and after treatment in clinical symptom,signs and TCM syndrome integral.Compared the two groups of patients before and after the treatment of triglycerides, cholesterol, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, creatinine clearance rate, 24 h urinary protein quantitative changes.1.The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.7%, and the total effective rate was 76.7%, P > 0.05, there was no significant difference between the two groups. 2.After treatment in the two groups can reduce 24 h urine protein and decrease Scr, BUN, Ccr, P < 0.05.The two groups in the 24 h urinary protein, Scr and BUN in treatment group decreased significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05), but the increase of Ccr had no difference between the two groups(P > 0.05). 3.The two groups can lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels(P < 0.05), but in the cholesterol and triglyceride decreased, no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05). Results:Conclusion: Strengthen vital qi discharge polluted and invigorate the circulation of blood combinedcombined with traditional Chinese Medicine Retention Enema with colon dialysis in treatment of diabetic nephropathy renal failure has obvious advantages and liver function before and after treatment, the patients in the two groups showed no abnormality, no adverse reactions and allergies, indicating that the drug is safe and reliable.
