Purpose: Blood stasis is one of clinical common TCM syndrome types, which mainly refers to the blood in the vessels running sluggishly, or overflowing outside the blood vessels and stagnating in a particular part of the body. Its clinical manifestations in pain, fixed pain, lumps, hemorrhage, dark purple on lips and nails, dark purple tongue with petechiae or ecchymosis, sublingual veins, unsmooth or irregular pulse, etc.Blood stasis is the pathological products, and also can affect the human body as pathogenic factors leading to illness.Blood stasis can be caused by trauma, congealing cold, depression of qi and deficiency of qi and so on a variety of factors. With the deepening of the research of blood stasis syndrome, basic has been clear about the blood stasis of pathogenesis, pathology, physiology, infection factors and corresponding diseases.Using the essence of the idea of traditional Chinese medicine, starting from the overall view, treating based on syndrome differentiation have been currently the mainstream way of diagnosis and treatment.Doctrine on yunqi,a theory for the ancients to study the climate change and to discover the relationship between human health and disease. It is a important part of traditional Chinese medicine culture in preventing, curing diseases and protection after illness. Methods: My tutor Pang Min,vice President of the second affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, prestigious physicians in Liaoning province,Combined with the essence of the TCM theory of Yunqi and rich clinical experience, puts the viewpoint of treating syndrome of blood stasis combining with the theory of yunqi. He thinks that the key pathogenesis of blood stasis syndrome was derangement of qi and its formation, development and change can be influenced by external cause and internal cause.Too much or less of five circuit phases and six atmospheric influences, which remains to the climate changes can be turn to the six exogenous factors, and inside, it is correspond to viscera, the changes of yunqi can affect the physiological functions of the viscera. The key for the treatment of blood stasis is to Regulate qi and blood, yin and yang, combined with the theory of Yunqi theory in the past year, to achieve the target of correspondence between human body and natural environment, regulate the pivot functioning of qi clear and smooth, and add and subtract Chinese herbology of formula according to discriminate syndrome. We has obtained the very good curative effect after years of clinical practice. Conclusion:Integrated ancient and modern literature on the clinical curative effect of treating blood stasis using the theory of Yun-Qi, Professor Pang Min summed up his years of clinical experience, thought that deficiency or surplus of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors would affect the human body and lead to the occurrence and development of illness.Disorder of the yunqi, imbalance of yin and yang, disturbance or stasis of the movement of qi can lead to derangement of qi and blood, which cause blood stasis.Clinical treatment should recuperate qi and blood,Corresponding to "open close pivot",strive to the state of “oneness of man and nature”。Treat according to climate, locality and individual, and achieve the purpose of mild relationship between qi and blood and smooth of the pivot functioning of qi.So conforming to circulatory phases, regulate activities of qi,,balance the open and close of pivot of qi can be effective methods of treating blood stasis.cleared weather and disease occurrence, development and evolution, the relationship between prognosis and so on,diagnosed and treat based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient’s condition, and accept clinical each obtain good effect.
