Observation On Clinical Curative Effect Of Combination Therapy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Western Medicine In Stage

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of treatment combined with the staging of carbuncle of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine,and explore the optim al timing of drug using on the Oil paste、Yixiao ointment and other topical drugs.Material and method:Choose 40 cases of vascular surgery,in which Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine, from January 2012 to2016 January during hospitalization, according to the carbuncle’s clinical syndrome,di vided into early, middle and late, and take the corresponding integrated traditional Chi nese and Western medicine combination, both inside and outside of the treatment prog ram. Through the observation of the patients with signs and symptoms of sore weeks to determine the efficacy of subjective.Results:1. The total effective rate was 97.5%, according to the analysis with Nimodipine meth od of the effect after the treatment.2. Using SPSS17.0 statistical software, the signs and symptoms of subjective sore wee ks were compared before and after treatment, by paired t test, P<0.01, that before and after the treatment of local symptoms improved significantly, there were statistically s ignificant differences.3. In the course of treatment, did not appear serious skin allergy and systemic adverse reactions;and biochemical indices of blood(WBC, n%), liver function(alt, AST) and renal function(BUN, Cr) had not worsened.4. Wound pus bacterial culture results showed that the pathogenic bacteria were mainl y Staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion:1. For carbuncle at different stages of the syndrome characteristics by Integrated Tradi tional Chinese and Western medicine combination and staging treatment, combined inte rnal and external treatment methods, the treatment before and after comparison with significant difference(P < 0.01), the total efficiency was 97.5%, the curative effect was accurate,safe and feasible.2. Staphylococcus aureus is the main pathogenic bacteria, before clinical bacteria cultu re, it should be the first choice for its sensitive broad-spectrum antibiotics to control i nfection.3. Diabetic patients are susceptible population, who should actively control blood suga r, to prevent carbuncle and skin soft tissue infection.
