Purpose:Discuss HSP70-2 and TLR-4 occurrence and maintenance in the atrial fibrillation of Qi-Yin deficiency effect and clinical significance.Material and method:Choose three ages in patients with Qi-Yin deficiency atrial fibrillation total 90 cases,respectively as group A( 60-90 years old),group B(7 0-79 years old),group C(80-89 years old),and normal group control 30 cases.get the blood vessels of empty stomach, content determination HSP70-2 and TLR-4 in blood serum by ELISA,to compared HSP70-2 and TLR-4 in blood serum of patients with atrial fibrillation and normal group.Results:1.Group A of patients with blood serum concentration of HSP70-2 is 0.46±0.05 ng/L, Group B is 0.45±0.07ng/L, Group C is 0.45±0.05 ng/L, normal group is 0.50±0.03 ng/L, concentration of HSP70-2 in three different age groups of patients with blood serum and normal group in the blood serum of HSP70-2 concentration difference had statistically significant(P<0.05),three groups of different age group patients with atrial fibrillation compare the groups no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Patients in group A were treated with blood serum concentration of TLR-4 is 0.47 + 0.06 ng / ml, group B in the blood serum of the patients with concentration of TLR-4 is 0.46 + 0.06 ng / ml, group C in the blood serum of the patients with TLR-4 concentration was 0.44 + 0.04 ng / ml and normal group blood serum concentration of TLR-4 is 0.42 + 0.05 ng / ml, TLR-4 concentration in group A and group B in the blood serum of the patients and normal group in the blood serum of TLR-4 concentration difference had statistically significant(P<0.05). C group no significant difference(P>0.05), different age group of atrial fibrillation group no significant difference(P>0.05).3.The content of HSP70-2 in the blood serum of the normal group was negatively correlated with the content of TLR-4(r=0.683, P<0.05). The content of HSP70-2 in the blood serum of patients with atrial fibrillation was positively correlated with the content of TLR-4(r=0.292, P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Atrial fibrillation in patients with serum HSP70-2, the concentration of the TLR- 4, and the control group patients’ serum HSP70-2, TLR- 4 have significant differences, in comparison with the concentration of HSP70 in elderly patients with serum- 2, the expression level of TLR- 4 has important influence on the occurrence of atrial fibrillation and maintain2.The content of HSP70-2 have correlation with the content of TLR- 4, prompt the af may jointly participated in the development process.
