| New media and new technology drive dissemination and development ofChinese animation cartoon culture. From the point of view of marketdevelopment, we analyze development of animation cartoon culture in newmedia and new technology and its important role in promoting China’seconomic development. We also give the interpretation on dynamic picturebook cartoon emerging as the new media develops. Origination of dynamicpicture book cartoon is introduced. Its characteristics and social value arediscussed and compared with traditional picture book cartoon.
