| Theatrical performance is an important part of Chinese cultural industry, its successfuloperation of city planning development and cultural industry is of great significance.Nowadays, in the progressive development of cultural industry, theatres have becomeimportant aspects of national soft power, and have become the landmark buildingsand cultural brands in our country.With the development of national economic, in recent years, many domestic citiesbuilt their theatres. Many outstanding and unique theatres, in the aspect ofconstruction scale, stage system and the amount of the total investment, are keepingahead of our country. But now, the domestic theater operations are mostly optimistic,although there are many funds for building theatres and supporting hardware, the lackof program resources, marketing, management and other aspects can relatively lead tothe low usage rate of theaters. Most of the theatres rely on the rents for long-term.They are not able to operate performance independently. It made the lack ofinnovation mode active ability to open up the market and business management.Similar to the foreign fast-food chain, the cinema-chain system and ticketing-chainsystem in China accepted good market-returns. As a reference, theaters also generate amode of ‘theater chain’. At present, there are theater chains modes of various types, ofwhich the largest and most representative is Poly Theater Chain in Beijing.This thesis intends to research the Poly Theater chain. Through the preliminaryinquiry Poly Theater chain, we can discover the process and the development ofdomestic theaters chain to sort out and analysis the management of Poly Theaterchain’s pros and con. The purpose of this study is to provide some theory evidence forthe management and operation of domestic theatre chains. At the same time, PolyTheater chain has been the largest scale theater in our country with37theaters.So itcan be described as a positive meaning to the promotion of the management ofdomestic theatre chains. |
