Yanhe dance is a traditional folk dance of Yi nationality, contains the Yi People’s aesthetictaste and cultural history. This article from the perspective of anthropology, of Yanhe dance in thecultural changes, in different historical periods, the change and face, and put forward measures.The paper includes the preface, three chapters, conclusion. The detailed research and ideas, thisproblem causes the object of study and the value of the main research methods. The first chapterdiscusses the origin and the development of Shiping Yanhe dance. The second chapter discussesthe cultural connotation of Yanhe dance. The third chapter presents the current Shiping Yanhedance urgently to be solved in the inheritance protection problems, put forward correspondingcountermeasures. The protection of intangible cultural heritage in need of the government and thefolk act together.
