On the basis of the good development of the existing sports dance training institutions in An Yang City,this study further strengthens the importance of the overall development of the sports dance industry chain in the city,it provides certain reference value for the good development of the Sports Dance Training Organization in this area.This article mainly uses the reference method,the interview method,the investigation research method and the statistical analysis method to carry on the thorough and careful scientific research to each big sports dance training organization in An Yang City's basic present situation.Starting from the fields,teachers,services,competitions and examination grades of Sports Dance Training Institutions,through the investigation and analysis of various aspects,this paper finds out the main factors that have been restricting the healthy development of the major sports dance training institutions in An Yang,and puts forward practical solutions to these existing problems.Research Methods: Questionnaire,Literature,Mathematical statistics,interview.The results of the research paper show that:1.Though the total number of sports dance training institutions for children in An Yang is relatively large,the overall strength of the assets of each sports dance training institution is different,and the scale of operation varies greatly among different institutions,only small-scale sports dance training institutions account for70% of the total number of dance training institutions in the city.2.An Yang Children's dance sport training institutions do not attach much importance to students' participation in dance sport competitions.The level of participation is low and there is a lack of experience in competitions at or above the national level.Students' sports dance grading work is relatively chaotic,and there are irregular grading units that conduct grading tests for students in the area;at the same time,many children in the township training institutions in the area do not have the opportunity to participate in sports dance competitions,some don't even know the name of the game.3.Teachers in training institutions in the region do not have a rigorous syllabus of their own,so there is confusion in the teaching process.As a result,several sports dance teachers are changed every school year,and some teaching materials of some children's dance training institutions do not meet the teaching standards,there is nostandardized teaching program,and the teaching is carried out irrationally.4.Students' parents do not give enough support to their students in sports dance,and do not attach much importance to sports dance.There is a general attitude of "no time to stop learning".5.After students pay tuition fees,training institutions from the leadership down to teachers no longer ask questions of students,parents return visit is not enough,the specific situation of the child is not very clear.6.Since the rise of dance sport in An Yang at the end of the 1990 s,the number of dance sport schools and training institutions special in dance sport has increased year by year,however,the local governments in the region did not pay attention to the relevant training institutions and did not play due restraint.This has led to the brutal growth of sports dance training institutions in the region,there are still some training institutions without permission,did not meet the requirements of the state run schools operating without a license.
