Injunction is an important concept of Transactional Analysis (TA),it is conveyed from parents or primary caregivers to children,and these injunctive message can effect children’s personality.This paper uses qualitative method to explore the student’s injunction structure characteristics in reform school. Furthermore, according to the results of qualitative research construct the reform school students’injunction questionnaire, then to examine the questionnaires’reliability and validity.The main results obtained are as follows:(1) The result from14reform school students’depth interview shows that the reform school students have10kinds of injunction. The result is also shows that the injunctions are universal in reform school’s students. The number of some more serious injunction is even more than half.(2) The reform student injunction’s structure characteristics are as follow:In terms of quantity, Injunctions from more to less are don’t be, don’t grow up, don’t important, don’t close, don’t be yourself, don’t think, don’t belong, don’t feel, don’t, don’t be a child. In terms of the structure, we can divide these injunctions into three categories to explain the reform school students’anomie behavior and psychological characteristics. The first category injunction can influence individual’s identity and survival value, also can explain the reform school students’low self-worth phenomenon. The second category injunction can influence individual independence and survival ability development, also can explain the reform school students’anomie behavior. The third category injunction can influence individual build intimacy relationship’s ability, also can explain the reform school students’emotional suppression phenomenon.(3) Based on the result of qualitative research and the existing injunction questionnaire which have good reliability and validity, the reform school student’s injunction questionnaire we developed has good reliability and validity.
